Welcome to the Bar A Cattle Elite Fallborn Heifer Sale. This set of females is one we are truly proud of and excited to share with you. The Lot 1 Marksman is one of the most unique horned females we have raised. Her length and extension is extreme but she is still so good in her rib, muscle, and structure. Her mother is an incredible donor that won Houston for Mason in 2014 and has raised a jr national division winner in 2016. We knew mating her to Marksman was the mating we had been waiting for to take her to the next level. This one is good now but we think she will be even better come next winter and as a senior yearling and the way she is built she should be even more valuable as a donor. Retaining 1/2 embryo interest.

Lot 2 is the older of the American Classic/Monica daughters and one that we love for her brood cow look and structure. She's so big bodied but still long necked, flat shouldered and good at the ground. Many people admired KLD RW Monica D715, the 5 time national division winner including Louisville, Jr Nationals, Denver, and Fort Worth and we are very impressed with this first set of ET calves.
Retaining 8 embryos at the seller's cost and buyer's convenience.

This flush of American Classic to Tara 702 is one we are very high on. They are all a little different but uniquely good in their own way. BACC Tara 702 would be a maternal sister to Lot 1 was shown very successfully by Brady Allan winning her class at the JNHE and reserve female at Aksarben in 2018 and has turned into an impressive young donor. Lot 3 is the highest performing, longest bodied, and most extended of the four and continues to get better every day.

Lot 4 is one stout beast and has been a favorite of many from. Her foot, bone, body and muscle are exceptional but she still has a cocky look and moves so good. This female has the quality to be competitive in the showring, along with being a versatile donor that could produce show heifers or steers.

The lot 7 polled October is a stout featured, good bodied, sound structured female with the look we've come to expect from American Classic. Maternal sisters to this female have been a class winner and 2nd at consecutive Junior Nationals for the Jamison and London families and we think this is Sultana's best one yet.

Show her early or late, we think this female will be competitive all the way through.

Lot 9 is a female we like a great deal. This dark red November polled is long necked, nice bodied, and sound with a unique pedigree. Her sire is an 88x/Mirror image that has done a great job for us siring females that averaged $8000 in our October sale. The dam of Lot 9 was second in class both years shown at the junior nationals for Brady Allan and is an On Point out of a full sister to American Classic. Power in the blood for this young female.

Lot 10 is an On Point/Brinley that would be a full sister to Zeb Murphree's Fort Worth division winner and reserve polled female at Dallas two years ago. This is the 3rd full sister in a row out of Brinley to make our fallborn sale with another sister be succesfully campaigned by the Henry family in LA this year. We think this is the best one yet. 066 is so flexible, sound and complete with more extension than her sisters.

We really like the look and design of this November horned female. This long necked, sound female is a shot younger and greener today but one that we think will continue to get better and the kind that makes a great senior yearling. She is sired by H FHF Keystone which is a full brother to the very popular Authority bull. Her mother was a jr national class winner and has definitely passed that quality on to this daughter.

This mating has been extremely good and this heifer definitely fits the mold of her sisters that averaged $15,000 last fall and have already found the backdrop multiple times for the Farmer, Griswold, and Tlach families. She is a direct daughter of Georgia Kay 629(Frosty) who was a multiple time national division winner and Reserve Polled female at the Junior nationals in 2018. This heifer is young and came in a little green but her look and quality are undeniable and she actually has a shot more bone and length than her sisters.

The last of the purebred herefords and one that we think has tremendous upside. So big bellied for a young female but still so refined, attractive, and functional. Her sire is a full brother to the heifer Landry showed this fall that was champion horned fall calf in Abilene and OKC and went on to win Houston. Her dam is an impressive 2296/Diana two year old that we expect big things from in the future.

Affectionately known as Itty Betty lot 17 is the lone Mini Hereford in the sale and one that has had a lot of friends. We don't claim to be mini hereford gurus but when they are built this good at the ground and have a presence like she does it's hard not to like one.
Her mother is sired by Cashed In, our moderate framed herd sire that has been used heavily to make hereford show steers. And her grand dam has Denver Champions on both sides of her pedigree.

BACC E45 SHIRLEY 950

Retaining 6 embryos at the sellers expense and buyers convenience

The oldest heifer in the offering combines the quality of our new herd sire 651 ,an 88x out of Mirror Image and the first daughter of American Classic to come into production. 950 is loaded with showring presence yet she has milk and udder quality bred in. Just remember these heifers were raised in south Texas and most have lost a lot of hair already, but they have worked out well in the past for us and many of our customers. If you have any questions about them call Dave, Drew, Mark or the boys.

BACC 629 GEORGIA KAY 952 ET

Retaining ½ embryo interest
Registration Number:
44119678

Its hard to sell females like this one. Her dam was the most successful female that we have ever shown winning Res Grand at the 2018 Jr National, Champion British at Houston, and her Division at 4 National Shows. BACC Georgia Kay 629 is equally as impressive in production with a near perfect udder and she has already produced a two time National Division winning heifer on her first natural calf. 952 is big bodied, extremely sound and has the look it takes to win.

BACC 41B COTTONLICIOUS 957 ET

Retaining 6 embryos at the seller’s expense and buyer convenience
Registration Number:
44119679

41B was a great show heifer that was Supreme Champion at the TCCA Fall Classic and she is a full sister in blood to the great breeding bull American Classic. This mating to On Point has been very consistent. We had a full sister 2 years ago that was campaigned very successfully by Kiley and Brady Allan. 957 is green but she is good in her lines and could be very competitive down the road.

BACC 41B COTTONLICIOUS 958 ET

Retaining 6 embryos at seller’s expense and buyer convenience
Registration Number:

41B was a great show heifer that was Supreme Champion at the TCCA Fall Classic and she is a full sister in blood to the great breeding bull American Classic. This mating to On Point has been very consistent. We had a full sister 2 years ago that was campaigned very successfully by Kiley and Brady Allan. 958 has a shot more body and volume than her sister and should get better every day.

BACC 581 TARA 962

Retaining 6 embryos at seller’s expense and buyer convenience
Registration Number:
44119906

This heifers grandam BCC Tara 228Z was the first real donor at Bar A. She was Champion in Houston and her first flush produced a division champion at the Jr National. This heifers dam was shown successfully and this heifer has been the standout in our natural calves since birth. Tons of volume with great structure and a lot of look. This one will be consistent in the show ring.

BACC 748 ADORA 963

Retaining 6 embryos at seller’s expense and buyer convenience
Registration Number:
44119908

The original Adora 339A has produced 2 Res Grand Champion heifers at the Jr. National and the dam of this heifer, BACC Adora 748, who was a Res Division champion at the Jr National herself. Another high quality daughter of On Point that is bold in her rib and stout in her makeup.

BACC 629 GOERGIA KAY 964 ET

Retaining ½ embryo interest
Registration Number:

The younger sister to 952. I don’t know which one is better. 964 is as good in terms of balance and structure as you can make one. This heifer may be the most like her mother, which means her best days in the showring may be next year. This flush was amazing and we will definitely make more.

BACC 629 GEORGIA KAY 967 ET

Retaining ½ embryo interest
Registration Number:
44120333

The only calf we had from this mating but we were not disappointed. This one is very unique in her profile and will be tough to beat.

BACC 4276 CLASSIC CANDY 968

Retaining 6 embryos at seller’s expense and buyer convenience
Registration Number:
44119931

The only horned heifer in the sale but a really nice one. I don’t think you could get more Denver Champions in a pedigree. Her dam was a class winner at the Jr National and multiple champion that has a great udder and produces a good one every year. Good haired and built right.

BACC 612 MS DEBERARD 970 ET

Retaining 6 embryos at seller’s expense and buyer convenience
Registration Number:

Sired by the powerful Denver Champion H Debarard. BACC Hadley 612 is quickly becoming one of our top donor females. She was Res Division Champion behind Georgia Kay at the Jr National, Reserve at Houston and Supreme Champion at Saddle and Sirloin and Heart of Texas. Her first natural calf was Res Champion at the world beef Expo for the Boatman Family. This heifer was on a bad receipt but she is getting better every day.

BACC 41B COTTONLICIOUS 972 ET

Retaining ½ embryo interest

41B was a great show heifer that was Supreme Champion at the TCCA Fall Classic and she is a full sister in blood to the great breeding bull American Classic. This mating to On Point has been very consistent. We had a full sister 2 years ago that was campaigned very successfully by Kiley and Brady Allan. 972 is a deep ribbed bold sprung female that can really get out and move along with the fact that her neck comes high out of her shoulder. She reminds me a lot of the On point heifer Zeb Murphree bought last year and had so much success with, including being Reserve at the State Fair of Texas and and winning his Division in Fort Worth.

BACC 612 HADLEY 973 ET

Retaining ½ embryo interest
Registration Number:

Mason really wanted to keep this one! BACC Hadley 612 is quickly becoming one of our top donor females. She was Res Division Champion behind Georgia Kay at the Jr National, Reserve at Houston and Supreme Champion at Saddle & Sirloin and Heart of Texas. Her first natural calf was Res Champion at the world beef Expo for the Boatman Family. Her Flush by KJ Contender was truly amazing and we will sell several more in our next sale. If you like good cattle, you will like this one. 973 is has the look, rib and structure that we all strive to produce with the show ring presence and hair that can put one over the top. If you don’t believe me ask Chad Oates.

BACC 207Z BROOKE 975 ET

Retaining 6 embryos at seller’s expense and buyer convenience
Registration Number:

The dam of 975 was a class winner at the Jr National and has been very productive producing several nice show heifers and two outstanding bulls. This heifer is young and green but she is extremely well made and good structured. 975 could be a great buy with a lot of up side.

Her dam 41B , was a many time champion including Supreme Female at the TJLA Fall Classic. A full sister shown by Kiley Allan was second in class at the JNHE the last 2 years to the Div. Champion.

Her dam, CRR Chandon , was a highly successful show heifer and she has been even better in production. Chandon was a Division Champion at the NJHE, multi-time Supreme Champion , res div in Denver and Res Hereford Female at the San Antonio Livestock Show. She is also the dam of 4 of our top 5 selling heifers last spring and she is a full sister to 5280. She doesn’t miss.

We think 907 is a big time prospect in the horned div. She has the structure , body and performance to go the distance. You could write a book about Monica and her show career. She was a five time National Show Division winner in the two years that she showed including JNHE and Denver. Monica was also several time Supreme Champion Female. 907 is her 1st calf and we are very excited about her future. This female is a granddaughter of the famous RW Mindy!

One of the most popular heifers in the group. Really complete, with a great look and a near perfect back leg. 908’s dam won her class at the JNHE last year and was supreme champion at the Clay county Fair in IA for Brady Allan. This heifers grand dam, BCC MS Tara 228Z was a great show heifer for us, winning Houston and many other shows. Tara 228Z has produced division champions at the NJHE and several outstanding herd sires.

BACC 574 Ms Ribeye 909

Registration Number: 44065031
Sire: BACC 286W Ribeye 651 ET
Dam: BACC Ms Catapult 574
Birthdate: May 18, 2019
Status: Horned

A powerful young female with as much muscle and body as you can put in one. 909 is a moderate framed female that could be used to raise showsteers. She should be very productive , just like her dam and grandam that have beautiful udders. 909’s dam was a successful show heifer for my nephew and her grandam was a class winner at the Jr. National for Mason.
